Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Onesnipx Studios website at onesnipx.com or engaging our video editing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Onesnipx Studios provides professional video editing services including but not limited to:

• Short-form video editing (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Long-form video editing (YouTube, podcasts, documentary-style content)
• Brand motion graphics and design
• SaaS and product demo videos
• Content strategy consultation
• Enterprise video production

All service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon prior to project commencement via written communication or a signed agreement.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary raw footage, assets, brand guidelines, and creative direction in a timely manner.
• Ensure you own or have the rights to all materials submitted for editing.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback within the agreed revision window.
• Not use our work in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final edited video output. Onesnipx Studios retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, showreel, or marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project start.

All proprietary editing templates, motion graphics, and processes developed by Onesnipx Studios remain our intellectual property.

Payment terms, rates, and invoicing schedules are communicated on a per-project basis. Work will not commence until any required deposit is received. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may result in paused or suspended work.

Onesnipx Studios includes up to 3 rounds of revisions with every package — enough to fine-tune every detail and ensure the final edit matches your vision exactly. Revisions that constitute a significant change in scope or direction may be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly.

Short-form edits (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) are delivered within 2–4 business days. Long-form content takes 5–7 days. Express delivery is available for urgent projects. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and asset delivery. Delays caused by late asset submission from the client may extend delivery times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onesnipx Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the project. This includes client content, business strategies, and proprietary processes. This obligation survives termination of the working relationship.

Either party may terminate a project with reasonable written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed to date. Onesnipx Studios will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payment.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
