1. Introduction

Onesnipx Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website onesnipx.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, and any other details you voluntarily provide via our contact form, by email, over WhatsApp, or through our scheduling tool.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs.
  • Communication Data: Messages, project briefs, or feedback you send us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you requested.
  • Schedule meetings and manage project communication.
  • Improve our website, services, and user experience.
  • Send service-related notifications (we do not send unsolicited marketing emails).
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

  • Resend— delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email. The details you enter in the form pass through Resend's infrastructure and are handled in accordance with Resend's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Google processes this data under Google's Privacy Policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Calendly — handles meeting scheduling. The Calendly widget loads only when you open the booking dialog; when you book a call, you are subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy.
  • YouTube — some portfolio videos on our projects page are embedded from YouTube. When you play one, Google may collect usage data and set cookies under Google's Privacy Policy.
  • WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us via our WhatsApp link, your communication is governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting — our hosting provider may log standard server access data such as IP addresses and request timestamps.

5. Cookies

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site traffic. Third-party embeds — the Calendly booking widget and YouTube video players — may also set their own cookies when you interact with them. We do not set any advertising cookies. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some embedded features may not function properly without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Your Rights

We operate from India and handle personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
